Terms of use

These terms apply when you use Issues, provided by Somohan. By creating an account you accept them. Questions: smh@somohan.dk.

The service

Issues is an issue tracker with a web app, an API and an MCP server. It is free while in its current form. We develop it continuously and may add, change or remove features.

Your account and organisations

You sign in with GitHub or a link sent to your email. Keep access to them and your API keys safe; whoever has them can act as you.

Content belongs to the organisation it is created in. An organisation’s owners and admins manage its members, keys and content.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you put into Issues. You let us store and process it only to provide the service to you and your organisation.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Issues for anything illegal, to store others’ personal data without a legal basis, to send spam, or to overload, probe or break the service. Agents acting with your keys are your responsibility.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Issues available and your data safe, but the free service is provided as it is, without guarantees of availability or fitness for a purpose.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost data. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

Ending

You can stop using Issues at any time and delete your account in the app, or ask us to at smh@somohan.dk. We may close accounts that break these terms.

If we ever shut Issues down, we will tell you at least 30 days before, so you can get your data out through the API.

Changes

We may update these terms. Important changes are announced in the app or by email at least 30 days before they apply.

Law

Danish law applies, and disputes are settled by the Danish courts.
